Claude Learning Series · Connectors · fig. 02
Google Drive — your files, on call.
Claude finds, reads, and creates documents and spreadsheets right where they live — no downloading, no re-uploading.
What it does
Ask a question; Claude finds the file and answers from it. It can also write new Docs and Sheets directly into your folders. Claude sees only what your Google account can see — permissions carry over.
How to install
- Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
- Find Google Drive and click Connect.
- Sign in and approve the permissions screen.
